Through the past year we have worked with Ricardo Campello, Robby Naish and our test team to fine tune the Force 4.
For the 5.0 and up we kept the more powerful feel with a slightly tighter leech, accommodating the need for plenty of sail power, especially in onshore and side-onshore conditions. In addition to Maui, testing was done in Brazil and Italy, which helped to adjust those sizes for real-world conditions and make them extremely crisp and responsive.
Our sizes 4.7 and smaller received some slight adjustments to make the head open a touch more, making them feel even lighter in the rider’s hands while keeping the power necessary to perform in any conditions from side-offshore to onshore.
No matter which size you choose, the Force 4 is the perfect partner for anybody looking for a well-balanced 4 batten wave sail that carries its power neutrally between your hands and can handle the roughest conditions on the water.

Keeping versatility in mind, these unique boards combine early planing with the turning ability of a pure waveboard. The Assault shapes are easy to ride and feature a flexible 2+1 fin setup opening the door to a wider range of conditions and fun! The boards are supplied with a single fin and cover up boxes for the side fins. Having the Slot side fin boxes available opens the door to tune the boards even further by using a thruster fin set, which can be purchased as an accessory. Riding the boards with the single fin configuration emphasizes the early planing performance and speed, and is ideal for side on, onshore and even flatwater. When used as a thruster setup with smaller center and side fins, the turning radius of the boards will tighten making them suitable for an even wider range of wave conditions.
